How to WIN A PRIUS at Milton Ruben Toyota! (with Recycling Perks of Augusta, GA)

With bikes moving in to the downtown area, it's no surprise that Augusta and the rest of the Central Savannah River Area is going green!  To get a little help in the initiative to slow down the growth of our landfills and work a little harder to keep those adorable baby seals and polar bear cubs on the tv commercials in mind, a program called Recycling Perks is coming to town!  And as if their little "perks" wasn't enough, they've partnered up with us to give away a car and get this #GreenAugusta project going! Have you heard about Recycling Perks yet? Well, it is exactly how it sounds.  The program is specifically designed to help those who help out, but gifting gift cards, discounts, coupons, and other financial gifting opportunities to those who recycle - every time they recycle! You can save up your recycling points and refund them online for a print-out or mailed in card and get your next lunch date and Longhorn Steakhouse for free! (That's just an example. A lot of other deals are on their Facebook page if you want to get an idea of the offerings.) As if signing up and cashing in isn't easy enough, they've set up another "perk" right in our Milton Ruben Toyota showroom!  CSRA members can come in and guess the number of recyclables we have stuffed in this Toyota Prius - and if you guess exactly correct - you could be driving home in it or another Prius next month! "That's too easy!" you say? "What's the catch??" you query?  There isn't one.  It's truly that simple.  Come in to our showroom, guess the exact number of recyclables stuffed into our Prius on RecyclingPerks.com from March 1 to April 30 - and win yourself a four-door hybrid of your very own.  Seriously! What do you have to lose?? <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/6mYNd4W_sWE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Stay in the loop on this non-profit community project as well as our Soles4Souls shoe drive, DriveBaby® Photo Contest, and Fort Gordon involvement by following us on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google! Milton Ruben Toyota and Toyota 100 Cars for Good

It's almost that time of the year again. It's Toyota 100 Cars for Good season! The national philanthropic program launched 2 years ago by Toyota. Over the span of 50 days, Toyota gives away 100 cars to 100 selected nonprofit organizations across the United States of America. What makes 100 Cars for Good different from other national philanthropy programs is that Toyota allows the public to choose the winners through Toyota 100 Cars for Good Facebook page. The voting will begin this year on October 1, 2013, and for 50 consecutive days, five organizations will be eligible for voting to the public on the Toyota 100 Cars for Good Facebook page. Voters are given two votes per day for two different organizations. At the end of the day the two organizations with the highest number of votes will be deemed the winners. From there, the winners will receive one of their previously chosen vehicles (a Prius, Highlander, Tundra, Sienna, or Sienna Mobility) within 90-150 days! The three follow-up winners will each receive a $1,000 grant from Toyota. So on October 1st, remember to go to Toyota 100 Cars for Good's Facebook and start casting your votes!
